International training from colleagues from Bordeaux. Lecture "Main trends in wine consumption in the world"
An incredible event took place today, which opened a new era of cooperation and education in the field of viticulture and winemaking!
Together with our partners the National University of Food Technology and the University of Bordeaux, with the assistance of the International Cooperation Agency Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine, we brought together 700 participants for the first lecture in a series of educational events.
The lecture on “The main trends of wine consumption in the world” was simply fascinating! The great quest for knowledge and understanding of why we choose wine, the evolution of its consumption and current trends are just a few of the topics covered during the event.
The lecturer, a recognized expert in the world of wine, Stephane Badet, shared his experience and knowledge on the following issues:
1. Why do we drink wine?
2. How did the evolution of wine consumption take place?
3. What are the main trends in the wine world today?
4. What can we expect in the future?
It was also particularly interesting to learn about the development of wine tourism, which is becoming more and more popular among wine lovers.
I would especially like to note the active participation of students. They are the future specialists of the industry, and their interest and willingness to learn is extremely important for the further development of winemaking.
