PJSC “ODESAVYNPROM” joined the wine holding
Prestige Wine Company!
PJSC “ODESAVYNPROM” became part of the “PRESTIGE GROUP” wine holding, which in turn belongs to the Bratinov family. The agreement took place on April 12, 2023.
The Bratinov family continues to invest in the development of Ukrainian winemaking, despite wartime and difficult times. After all, he sincerely believes in the victory of Ukraine and in the brand “Ukrainian wine”!
The current enterprise “ODESAVYNPROM” is considered the oldest winery in Ukraine, because it is the direct heir of the business association, the history of which dates back to 1857. For a long time, it belonged to the Guliyev family (actually in management since 1965) and is known for its trademark “FRENCH BOULEVARD”, which, by the way, became the property of “PRESTIGE GROUP” back in 2019.
We will remind that the winery had two locations of its production facilities. One was located at Frantsuzksy bulvar, 10, Odesa, where the company actually leased premises from the state property fund, and which were sold through an auction at the beginning of 2022. The second is in the village of Rozivka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district, Odesa region, where the main facilities are located, which became part of the Bratinov holding.
Thus, the wine holding “PRESTIGE GROUP” became one of the leaders in the production of national-level wine with a full production cycle and well-known trademarks.
