The wine industry through the IR lens: the impact of the war on the wine industry and the European integration vector

    On 1 December, Ukrvinprom, as a partner, took part in the II National Forum on Intellectual Property and Innovation IP LET FORUM “Intellectual property: law, economy, technology”.

    At the end of the session of the first day, the participants and speakers listened to a presentation on the topic: “The wine industry through the prism of IR: the impact of the war on the wine industry and the European integration vector.”

    We highlighted the most important issues related to:

⁃ extension of the transitional period for the trademark of the name “Cognac”/”Cognac”

⁃ implementation of innovative IT developments on the way to European integration

⁃ violation of intellectual property regarding trademarks

⁃ registration of new commercial enterprises in Ukraine

⁃ preservation of cultural heritage, policy of memory and innovation, etc.
